I am a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States ("green card holder").
I am at least 18 years of age.
This contribution is made from my personal funds, and is not made from the funds of a corporation, labor organization, federal contractor, national bank, or another person or entity.
I will not be reimbursed by anyone for this contribution.
This contribution is made using my personal credit card or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made using the credit card or debit card of a corporation, labor organization, or another person or entity.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, name of employer and occupation of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Contributions to Maverick PAC USA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
Contributions from foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Maverick PAC USA is registered with the Federal Election Commission as both an independent expenditure-only committee, and as a traditional nonconnected committee, and maintains two separate accounts for these purposes. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, or as specifically directed by the donor, all contributions will be deposited into Maverick PAC USA’s federal contribution account.
Maverick PAC USA may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, and other organizations into its federal non-contribution account. Maverick PAC USA may not accept contributions from corporations, labor unions or national banks into its contribution account.
